This zine is based on a list from my illustrated book on grief, Welcome to the Grief Club. It includes tangible and meaningful ways to support someone going through a hard time, including bringing food, helping with household tasks, and being there to listen. Please take what's relevant and doable, leave what isn't, and add your own. And remember that the most important thing is to just show up.
